FAQ's: Buying Bone Broth from Broth Masters

How do I buy Bone Broth?
You can buy directly from BrothMasters.com, in a pack size or subscription. 

How does shipping work?
Midwest and east coast: ships Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and usually takes 2 days
West coast: ships Mondays, and usually takes up to 4 days 

How do I track my broth?
Once we ship, we provide you with the tracking number encourage our customers to please check the delivery date. The tracking number will be in your shipment confirmation email, so make sure to keep an eye out for that! 

What does it look like when it arrives?
Our bone broth ships frozen in insulated boxes. Your broth may arrive frozen or slightly defrosted or slushy. As long as the broth is cold to the touch, it's fully preserved and should be put in the freezer upon arrival.

How long does it last?
Up to 9 months in the freezer
Up to 7 days in the refrigerator (once defrosted)

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Our broth is good for you and our packaging is good for the earth. Our pouches and shipping materials are recyclable and sustainable. They're made from sustainable materials and are landfill-friendly! 🌎

How do I eat the broth?
You may prepare the broth in the microwave or on the stove although we highly recommend heating on the stove. Do not cook or microwave the broth while it's still in the pouch. Make sure to transfer it to another stovetop or microwave safe container. Heat to a boil, and enjoy!

Can I return Bone Broth?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! We have a subscription in a few different sizes. This is a great option for illness or injury recovery, or if you just enjoy the benefits and want to save a few bucks with the subscription option.

Can I gift the broth?
Yes! We don't offer gift messaging yet, but just enter your own billing information, and the shipping information of who you'd like to gift it to.

Is it safe for pets?
No. You can check with your vet, but we don't recommend giving Bone Broth to pets (even if they beg for it!).
