Dr. Kellyann Petrucci has come out with a book this year called The Bone Broth Diet. What does a bone broth diet entail?? This diet is a 21 day cleanse where 2 days out of the week you do a mini fast, drinking 5-6 cups of broth throughout the day. The other 5 days a week she helps you find healthy food options that cuts out all sugar, grains and alcohol. The bone broth fast days allow you to still consume all the nutrients you need through out the day so you don't actually feel like you are fasting. The amount of protein in the broth gives you 50-60grams per day and still gives you 600-700 calories. 

We have had a few of our customers try this new diet with great success. They each lost between 10-15 pounds in the 21 days and said they have never felt more energized then they had being on the bone broth diet.
